Most early habitats in Bubbly Basin are manageable, requiring only natural items like Seabed Tall Grass or Sea Moss that you can gather directly in the area. The difficulty spikes noticeably once you get into the decorative item territory.

Mermaid's Gym (habitat 036) is the clearest example. It needs 6 Pedestals plus four specific decorative Pokéballs: the Decorative Great Ball, Decorative Heal Ball, Decorative Dive Ball, and Decorative Net Ball.
